Taking anyone anywhere for an extended period of time is a double edge sword. You need to know the person quite well or like Charlee mentioned after awhile someone is pretending to buy peace or having to compromise quite a bit to make it work ...in my humble opinion.

Taking your favorite provider away on an exotic trip is as frivolous as getting that cute Starbuck barista to take with you instead. She ain't gonna shower you with Grande Lattes while you're there, so I wouldn't think taking a provider means getting own your personal free-for-all fuck-puppet the whole time while you're there either. I've heard stories of 'sugar-daddies' spoiling their girl with travel plans, only for her to disappear on them until the return flight (if at all).
If the whole point is to poon 24/7 in exotic locations, best to browse the locals there and see what they'll charge for your entire week+ stay.

If $$ was not an issue. I would buy an apartment block in a town nearby and give her a deal on the penthouse suite.
