My question is do you have a license to be a escort...Cause if you actually did you would have the right to call the authorities.
This sounds like good advice, in general. But, as the story goes in MacKenzie's case, she was unintentionally with a group of guys, scammed by one, then left outside in the cold, and left to get herself home in the middle of the night. She was in no position to be calling any authorities at that point. What was she going to do...call a cab, hope it arrives immediately and shout, "Follow that car" once she gets in, so she can call the police, only to tell them - that guy over there robbed me (her word against the group)? It sounds like she's realized the many errors in judgment she made that night, and has learned from them.

I just don't want the newer-younger girls to think that getting a license will offer them any real protection (I've held one, and it doesn't)...nothing can help more in this business than careful, sound, decision-making and preparation.

Yep. I'd also strongly advise new girls to start with an agency. Boot(y) camp for new recruits.

What Cock Throppled is saying is that since MacKenzie would never have agreed to have sex with this guy if he wasn't paying her, his taking the money away makes the sex that took place non-consensual, aka sexual assault. But it's really up to MacKenzie if she wants to view it that way or not because it can be a heavy burden feeling like you were raped, and whatever you want to call what happened it's already traumatizing enough. Anyway, I'm glad you weren't hurt MacKenzie, things will get better :)
No it doesn't make it rape. Real rape is a horrible thing, I hate it when people loosely toss the term around basically as a weapon to get the high ground in situations that are not rape or assault at all. In my opinion it devalues the enormity of the real thing.

Consent can't be retrospectively withdrawn because future events haven't proceeded as you expected. The situation that occurred afterwards is distinct from the sex itself. It makes it theft or failure to pay for services. It is no different from any other situation where you perform a service and your client partially pays you or refuses to pay. It sucks when that happens (and it does, all the time in many many professions), but for a relatively small amount of money it usually isn't worth it to do anything about it. You just have to suck it up. You will probably feel angry and powerless in those situations but that doesn't make the service itself non-consensual as a result.
