Of course he talks himself up its called salesmanship. He probably thought you were interested in a job for most of the phonecall. Despite what you may think of the man he obviously makes money or the parlors wouldn't be open.

well i know for a fact that he was looking for a space to open a new parlor way back when. He told the owner of the property that he was opening a massage & tanning place, the owner was a bit suspicious and asked more questions & peter did say that it was a tanning place with licensed massage people. Was very vague, so on the lease it was stated that if any deciet or "funny stuff " is going on then he would be thown out. needless to say peter did not return. & went to open escape else where.
