Appologies to those trying to reach me... the calls I am missing!

There are certain times of the day that I am notoriously hard to get a hold of.

I am usually working my regular career in the mornings, and attend a fitness class at lunch time.

I also have other fitness endeavours later on in the day, sometimes.

If you like late morning, early afternoon sessions, then pre-booking with me is the best way to go. A voice mail is always appreciated, with a call back time, or failing that, a time when you will call back.

I am available most days, however I have a limit to how many gentlemen I will entertain per day!
