The key word being "unlawful".


It isn't unlawful to fire someone because they're ugly either. It isn't unlawful to discriminate against ugly people.


The law may be a grand thing, but there are vast reaches left completely uncovered by the law. The correct move by those who are at odds with present law is to go through the motions to change or create laws, instead of the more popular move which is to break laws merely because you find them inconvenient to you.
