Getting out today doing a bit of shopping for dinner, got some new vinyl to listen to tonight, hanging out on the Drive and people are all smiles. Such a great city we live in.

I get that some people may not have very good health and live in a poorly ventilated place but healthy, active people are pretty upbeat about our recent hot weather.

Another unexpected benefit is when I have seen SP's recently they have asked me to join them in the shower.

I don't know about you but I have asked this question numerous times and was politely turned down because of hair and makeup issues. I am not talking about Asian Micros to be clear.

Love this hot weather and loving getting wet together :D It's good for the environment, right?

Weatherman or Weatherperson lol - bring on the 30+ Deg C heat til Mid September, pretty please.

Let's keep these accompanied showers going!

I like it too but the hot weather has made by balls hang low and when I jog the friction against my thighs rubbing (and balls) has caused a heat rash on my groin. I'm not fat either just that my legs are thick from squatting and leg pressing.
Can't exercise as long now and tried everything from baby powder & aloe vera with no improvement.

I hear you, BBB. I also love this hot weather. On vacation right now, and I've been asked where I will be going. I replied that with summer being so great in Vancouver, why should I go somewhere else? Lots to do around the Lower Mainland, and if I want a nice stiff breeze, I just have to go sailing in the Strait. Vancouver rocks in the summer.

I do hate hearing people complain about the heat when we are barely into summer. Of course, those are the same people who will complain it's too chilly and wet when we are 2 weeks into the rainy season. Some people just LOVE to complain.

My dear man, let me introduce you to http://www.saxxunderwear.com

I've noticed that 1/3-1/2 of my clients wear them, and since I heard my friends sons rave about them I've been curious to see if they're that amazing. Every client I've asked has said they've been a game changer!

Preaching to the converted on Saxx :thumb:

So many different cuts, materials that wick moisture and the overall comfort level is awesome. They even make them in Merino wool which wicks very well, breathes and isn't itchy at all

Haha I figure I have about thirty pairs now.

BBB, 30 pairs? That may be even more than I own! Lol

Loving this weather too :) I'm excited to finally check out the pool at my incall space this weekend :) maybe even someone lucky might care to join me?

I can't stay out too long in the blazing sun though. Chugging lots of water and seeking shade has been my recent motto. Oh, and lotsa showers ;)

Thanks for the tip on the Saxx underwear. I had never heard of it until now. And thanks to the person who suggested SportChek as a place to buy them. (I see Cabela's carries them too.)

Since you have so many pairs, bbb, any suggestions on the best style for things like recreational/commuting bicycling, clearing brush and so forth?

Yes as you know Claire, I am an Excitable badbadboy  LOL

But seriously, I do have some Saxx appropriate for business wear, some for workout wear and some the boys enjoy for casual hanging out wear. Lately they have enjoyed the "Black Sheep" versions from Saxx! It must be something I picked up when working in the Southern Hemisphere.

For those connecting the dots, I do not have 30 pairs of underwear as in an episode of The Sex in the City.

I wash all my stuff three times a week :thumb:

It's really all about personal taste IMHO

Pick out a couple of styles and materials and have them shipped to you.

That's how I started out. Some are all man made materials, some are mostly cotton, some are a blend and some are merino.

Figure out what works for your package.

I think this BC Based company knows what's going on and offers some great product.

I have never bought from a retailer and have been 100-% satisfied with all my purchases! .

For me, for any clothing, I like 100% cotton or 95/5 cotton/spandex for pants (except for my lulu's because I don't have that option in my style). "Wicking" fabrics hold scent really badly, they hold sweaty scent and sweat stains. Synthetic fibres of any variety make me sweat uncontrollably,
I agree and it's very hard to find 100% cotton white socks as the ones I see are almost always made with a large percentage of polyester/viscose which piles and holds in odour.
