As the title, the following would most likely never happen, but just let our imaginations run wild for a moment...

Would there be SPs working in a world where money didn't exist and everything was done out of people's own motivations, out of the goodness of their hearts, for the greater good of humanity, or through exchanging services and bartering? Would there be SPs working as volunteers?

Back to our world, are there any SPs volunteering in the community centre or in private (; ? After all, as other volunteers, volunteer SPs are only volunteering their time, while upholding the golden principle of assisting those fellow human beings in need. Thoughts on either answer are appreciated.

there's a reason its called the world's oldest profession ...

whether bartering for food or shelter or for the fun of it, women have been nature's sexual entrepreneurs as long as we have been around ...

Thank you for all the interesting comments.

As I was thinking, volunteer SPs would probably be rare. Even the ancient temple priests/priestesses accepted offerings for their services :)

I would think when SPs are viewed equally as any other profession by the society, they will be more likely to volunteer their services. However, I don't think this will happen within my lifetime. But there might be hope, as I have only a few years left (;

I think that's a brilliant idea...

1) Able to appeal to the goodness of SPs hearts and that they would be providing for the greater good of humanity?

I do have a bad back and can walk with a limp at times, especially after I've abstained for a significant amount of time so......CHECK!

2) Able to work through exchanging services and bartering?

Hey, I'm a great cook and can hit the local garage sale for some reasonably priced little treasures so.......CHECK!

3) Would there be SPs working as volunteers?

Looking at 1 & 2, yabba dabba do, I think I might be in.

4) if you're hung like a mini-clydesdale....

Well....it was a brilliant idea

Wouldn't it be cool if the government deemed it as an essential service , sp's would be paid somewhere between a walmart greeter and a surgeon's wage depending on looks, service, attitude etc. Life as we know it would be much much happier. :D

If the work SPs do is legalised and recognised as a profession that benefits the society, then it's conceivable that taxes will be imposed on it. Then, hopefully, those who cannot afford SPs' services will be entitled to financial assistance from the government.

Possibly, prices will be more competitive, and service items will be standardised, minimizing confusions. Scammers, rip-offs, and frauds will be reported and prosecuted. Quality of service and health status of providers and customers will be maintained through periodic inspection and regular check-up. Training workshops and lectures will be offered to educate customers and current and prospective SPs, continuously enhancing session experiences for both parties while improving their relevant knowledge and skill set. Will this create a better world?

But... alas, it won't happen, ever );

It happened to me from a SP I see regularily but I don't think I had anything to do with charity or good will- I gave the SP a ride home and then she tried to hustle me. I told her not till I saved more moola but then she told me she was terribly horny and loved my huge . . . aw damn- spilling too many beans.

Anyways, I figure for such an early christmas gift, I will donate the money I should have spent on said session on a worthy cause.

Mini Clydsdale, hmmm, don't remember anyone mentioning that but something about a donkey was mentioned!
