HSBC Fireworks

Went to the Fireworks last night, Canada put on a pretty sad show i thought any others feel the same way? Since Vancouver didn't have Canada Day fireworks, i thought that they would put a better show on, but didn't.
Hope that the other countries put a better show together........

YES it was total crap just a bunch of red and green sh*t in the sky!! There was a little 4 maybe 5 year old sitting by me who said it sucked lol. I'm giong with some friends on saturday to it hopefully sweden is better!!

Ya i guess if your in a boat it would be alot different. we were on the beach by stanley park there! I just wasn't feelin it at all this year!! 3 years ago with italy put on a show was amazing just huge outburst of color on going for half hour was great!! hope there is something like that this year?

Boring.........

We've lived overlooking the fireworks for over 20 years. The display and reaction of the crowd was one of the most subdued that I remember. But being out on a boat with lots of "good lube" going down makes anything look good.......

I hope it's a better display this Saturday!! I'm going over specifically to see it as my friends live on the 22nd floor facing the water on English Bay. Is that where it is put on or is it more towards Stanley Park?

A great fireworks show to see is the one on Parliament Hill for the Canada Day festivities.

We've been here since 1977....I really have no idea how long the fireworks have been going....after the first year it became a case of "been there-done that"....

Canada Rocked! Not sure what show you were at, but Canada did a spectacular job from 30 floors from the ground facing the barge.

Hope Canada wins, they deserve it!
