The vaccine is free for women 26years of age and younger. It looks like they have some extra vaccines so they have bumped up the age for the free vaccine.
The HPV vaccine (Gardasil) is still only available for free for woman 19 years of age and younger. Woman older can still get this vaccine, but you would just have to pay for it.
