How to Unblock Calls?

I just got a new cell phone -- Siemens A56 from Fido. I've been told that my calls show up on caller IDs as a "blocked call."
I've just spent the better part of an hour RTFMing, both in my owner's manual and online at www.fido.ca to no avail.
Can anybody please tell me how to turn call blocking off?

not sure with fido .. but if you hit *82 before you dial it should be ok ..maybe a better solution than always having your number out there,.for an sp to call you back .
