Just tell them that you want a bj only without the rest of full service. You probably won't get much if any discount from the full service rate but it's best to let them know upfront because most girls have a routine that they follow. The most polite way is to state you've been at the parlour before. Gives them an idea that you know how the game is played. And they'd be more receptive to offering extras.
