I arrive in an Asian Massage Parlour and tell the attendant I want a 30-minute session, but not full service.
What is the most polite yet effective way to let her know I want a blow-job?
I'm assuming it's neither "I'd like you to suck my cock" nor "please put my penis in your mouth."
The euphamism that used to work is "half service," but these days that too often gets translated as a hand release.

I figure no sense in beating around the bush, so to speak ...
So I just say "I would like this session to be mainly a bare blow job ending with cum in your mouth".
Have not had a difficult time with this as long as my initial screening tells me the provider is on for this.
Emphasis on initial screening and thank you to the pooner community for helping on that.

No BJs at R&T places like Smart. Otherwise I don't think you need to ask for it. But it'll generally be CBJ (other than Swan Lake.) BBBJ will be upcharge or not offered.

I was thinking of such places as Jenny Spa, Aqua, Orchid, Angel's, Blue Madder and Fraser Wellness, where if you don't ask, you don't get.

Just tell them that you want a bj only without the rest of full service. You probably won't get much if any discount from the full service rate but it's best to let them know upfront because most girls have a routine that they follow. I've gone this route before and it's never been an issue. Plus there's no point being shy about asking for it in a place like an amp because it's just another day at work for them and they know that you aren't looking for a legitimate massage.

I would broach the subject by enquiring 'CBJ or BBBJ?' which should bring up the subject and clarify the service offered.

Bj, blow job, oral only anything works just let them know you don't want to actually have sex.
Although a judge fined Bill Clinton $90,000 because oral sex actually is sex, my main concern is which terminology is most appropriate to communicate the act - whether service providers actually speak of "C.B.J." and "B.B.B.J."

The most polite way is to state you've been at the parlour before. Gives them an idea that you know how the game is played. And they'd be more receptive to offering extras.

However the reality is as well, they either do or they don't. Once, I asked straight up, and wound up getting a lecture about STIs; it made the rest of the session awkward. Went back to the same parlour when the staff rotated out and the next girl gave it up instantly when I asked.

Me personally, I just go with the flow, I go to these places mainly for the massage anyway, even though the HE/BJ is a possibility I like to be surprised by a girl going 'above and beyond', for the sake of fantasy.

Varies now
Somehow, I can not picture the girls sitting in the green room saying, " I gave this guy a fellatio." Many may not even know what 'fellatio' is.

That is precisely the point of my question, which nobody has yet answered to my satisfaction, although Mr. Rusty razor has come closest so far.

I think most would understand the phrase blow job. Working in a spa (even semi-legit) I'm sure they've heard it before. If not, you could try on the flip to just motion to your penis, look her in the face and then to your penis.

As long as they provide it there, I don't think it's going to be an issue with her misunderstanding.

I remember years ago, a friend who worked in a women's health office, told me she'd get some younger Asian ladies coming into the office. Many didn't know a whole lot of English, but they knew they needed to see the doctor about their"pussy".
No idea if the girls worked in the industry, but obviously more familiar with the slang terms than the medical terms :)

I'm sure they all understand the phrase.
What I am wondering is whether saying "blow job" is the best way to get one.
