For what reasons do people get banned?

Never mind if we'll get banned or not for saying something HD don't like... He doesn't control the board the last time I checked, Fred does.

Fred: if someone's saying things that could/would hurt someone's business, and they cannot respond to them for whatever reason (banned, don't use PERB, can't type because they have no hands, or whatever) but it comes out to be untrue, what happens?

Is there a list or guidlines somewhere that outline under which situations a user gets banned?

Huh? Untrue? What are we supposed to do, sue each other for libel?

List of guidelines? If some moderator posts his guidelines, then he will actually have to obey his own guidelines. What kind of moderator would do that?

About the bj issue, not sure about her as I have never seen her BUT can say that banning her "sucked" - that must count for something.

It was insightful seeing the inside of the Victoria scene for a "different perspective". Was it biased? Sure. Was it all 100% accurate? Who knows. Was it good to have another side of a story? Damn straight.

Will say this about her, or anyone else leaving an agency....if you go onto a board and air all yoru concerns, hope you don't have to use that bridge again! For those who pushed to ban her, was it really coz you were worried about her slandering people or was she too close to the truth? Either way, was censorship the way to go? As one who was badly burned once before by a similar board and circumstances related to such, all would have been much better if NO one had been banned and all were allowed to peddle their shite for people to discern crap from some form of reality.

This time, this is Crystal using Clam Digger's account! I am seriously pissed off! 'Dolomite' is someone who used to work phones at Seduction, and we worked together.
