1. Buy something ( of course) with your credit card or bank debit card
2. Wait 6 months till post office no longer keeps delivery track records
3. File a complaint " not authorized" purchase made with the bank of the item you really did buy
4. You get your money back and DO not need to return the item
You can keep laptops, anything that way.
How do I know?
I just got scammed that way with a used phone I sold on ebay. Its was only 39.99 but I learned my lesson. Paypal does not honor buyer protection, they only follow bank or credit rulings which is always in their customer's favor.
I closed my Paypal acct and now sell my junk on Craiglist and deal with cash only.
