Personally I think that if the pictures are not deceiving it doesn't really matter... A picture slightly dated is still better than a stock photo or something unrepresentative...
For the ladies I guess it all goes down to if the set of photos still get her business...
As for the 3000$, I'm quite curious what's the reasoning behind the price and would be really interested to know ... To me sounds like a mark up of someone that is really well known and in demands... Like a famous photographer that takes portrait of celebrities and have a studio where everyone want to be seen, just like those 3 Michelin starts that sell you a roast chicken for 465$... Like the photoshoot itself is an experience on its own, feel like an Hollywood superstar for an afternoon...
I really don't think it's fake advertising, would be quite counterproductive as I'm sure that Photoshop would be a more effective way to do so, and would be cheaper...
