How often do you smoke weed?

People I know that drink typically have 3 or 4 drinks over the course of a week. However I do know a few alcoholics.
With weed it's completely different. Almost eveyone I know that smokes weed does so every day, several times a day. Is this the norm or do I happen to only know people that have an addiction?

I'm chronic. All day, everyday and if I cant smoke I vape. I actually prefer the vape pens but they are too expensive to use day in and day out

Pretty much every day, usually three to four hits does the trick. I find that weed helps heighten the senses when pooning, so that’s always nice. In addition, smoking weed has virtually eliminated my alcohol consumption.

I vape once or twice a week. I can go for weeks without drinking any alcohol though. Only dry flower, edibles are staying in the gut for too long and I cannot afford being lethargic during the week. Since it was decriminalized I started to try out different strains and learned to make the difference between the different effects they have. Great for relaxing, sleeping, being creative or having sex. In general bad for any activity requiring focus, concentration or alertness.

I had an Rx for pain for about 8 years now. Sometimes it's daily, other times it may just be at night to help the pain so I can fall asleep. So probably 4-5 x a week.

Also before sex as it really enhances the pleasure factor.

Daily. I am just an old hippie. I was a chronic smoker in my younger years, then "grew up" and abstained for twenty plus years (an entire marriage). About ten years ago I was in a nasty car crash the result of which left me facing a lifetime of pain and debilitating drugs. I am a stubborn bastard and refused to follow the depressing, medical recommendations. Pot has helped immeasurably.

My friends who use cannabis are generally sporadic, although I know people at both ends of the spectrum. Some friends also rely on it for medical uses. It has always seemed to me to be the most benign of intoxicants, both for its lack of health hazard and the tranquillity of its high.
