Interesting that based on statistics Canada income data for a male with a bachelors degree and higher, the least paid ethnicities are Filipinos followed by Blacks, Latin Americans then Arabs. Not suprisingly whites get paid the most followed by Japanese then Chinese (not sure what the other visible minorities mean as all seem to be covered-maybe native?).

You could also say SP's rates are closely following this data as white SP's charge the most generally.

Personally I think if people spent more time thinking about creating value and making a difference and less about money you might be surprised at what people might earn. To be honest I do not think about the money I think about shareholder value. I focus on giving customers more of what they want and less of what they don't want. The money just comes after I provide value. Everyone definds value in different ways. No value no money. It really is not that complicated. Just my two cents for what it is worth.

A fact of life is.... money is neessary to live. Men sometimes dont realize that in order for women to take care of all the little things that make her look extra special... quite a bit of money and time is involved... more so as she ages. There's hair... (cuts $65) color (100) every 2-4 weeks extentions sometimes ()$1500) makeup can be very expensive, nails (65$ every two weeks)toenails (45$), tanning (65$/month gym (50$/month) botox (400$/every 3 monthes), fillers $500 and up), breast augmentation (6500$), lingerie, dresses, high heels perfume. laser hair removal (2500 and up), eyebrow shaping, What men are paying for, in my opinion are to afford his companion these luxuries which are for his enjoyment... No woman ever wants to admit to half of these as they all want to leve the impression beauty is all natural... and that is the look one wants to pull off I would think... ultimately... that how she looks when you see her took very little effort... But any man that has spent any amount of time with beautifully presented women know... there's a lot that goes into the pretty package. So.... perhaps it doesnt need to be slapped with the ugly label "paid for". That holds a lot of judgement and bitterness. If the arrangement is one that brings joy to two people and allows the lady to look her best for her companion... I think it's a wonderful thing. If I had the means I would find a ton of satisfaction in doing the same thing

I like a girl thats fun outdoors, she need not spend a dime on any of that for me.

I grew up riding horses and getting dirty. I love that lifestyle. But for the most part, I doubt that my clients would appreciate the smell of horse dung on my shoes. At heart, I am a simple girl. Definitely not the city slicker, high maintenance type. My whole point was that to do this line of work, it isn't cheap. I live in runners and sweats most of the time. lol

Lavina I'm sure your sweats are nice and tight or even if they were baggy you still will look hot in them. lol

As for what guys need to spend on ourselves is a hair cut every 4 weeks which is under $20 usually. Every once in a while maybe get a fresh barbers shave which is $15. We only buy cloths when we think we need them. Of course if a guy is a metrosexual then they get the works done on the grooming side, which def costs more.
