I'm talking abouts gifts,Xmas dinner,etc. I'm a single person and not many family or friends. Probably spent 600.00

$50, we all chip in for a turkey. saves all the stress and hassle of exceeding our credit limit for a bunch of cheap desposible crap. xmas is for kids and all my nieces and nephews are grown up. I enjoy the time spent with my family though.
Any extra cash from the meal is donated to the food bank, and that feels better than any gift I could have gotten
