How long can we “just be”random?!

I love fall, and always look forward to it....ship the steers and get my pay check , forest fires lay quiet, haying is over and the hay barns are bursting at the seams, go out and cut firewood for the winter...button everything up for winter, when even time seems to freeze solid.I can’t wait for summer to be over. I’m getting impatient.
Spring was terrible, when it rains it pours

I’ve never felt this eager for fall before...
Fall signifies a hard summer of work, I've prepared, and that task is over....I will survive another winter.
I've been hoping for fall the day the smoke showed up!!!
Also, took a trip to the chilly Kootenays a few weeks ago and got my fall gear...didn't cost me a thing a client bought it for me

Although this weeks two chiropractor visits will be $90, last weeks three visits came to $60. I fell down a few weeks ago, didn’t realize I was so outta wack but I feel like running a marathon now...I hope the smoke clears so I can get back to my morning running... my skip rope n planking will have to do until my car gets me to the gym. What else is there to do when you’re up at 430... I’m bored and ready to get around

I reduced [indoor] exercise routine by half during 'the smoke'.

The air should get a little better each day...they have me on stand-by, so they must have a handle on things.
They only deploy a pain in the ass like me, when it's really bad....I'm a full time project to control, so the Brass tells me.
You know....I think this may be my last year Fire Fighting....maybe it's time to hang up the axe.
Huh. Perhaps the only job where "giving you the axe" means "you're hired" rather than "you're fired"?
I was playing with my cat and she made me laugh so hard I hit the ground and couldn’t breathe laughing so hard. She’s usually such a princess so when she acts like a card it’s so deadly comical
and so when I got back from dinner, she was hissing at people in the window... my guard cat :laugh: as soon as she heard me laughing she was all meows :love_heart:
