How Important is Location (within reason) When Selecting an SP

Will you bypass an otherwise appealing provider because of their location?
Are there others besides myself who are less keen on visiting SP in downtown due to parking, construction, etc.

I live donwtown and I am reluctant to visit any sp outside of downtown or vancouver westide area. I have travelled to richmond and burnaby before but thats usually only worth it if its during non rush hour times

Its a very good topic

I tend to stay in an approximate 20 minute radius and tend to opt for convenient and DISCRETE locations. Downtown for me is not great due to parking. There have been a few tantalizing providers in the Coal Harbour area - sorry - now you are talking extra effort in the travel department.

Worst case is taking the time to travel, expense to park, then either being canceled or postponed by the provider or worse, opening the door and just saying Nope, and walking.

Absolutely. The description of a SP's incall is an important part of a PERB review IMO. Safety of the location, parking or transit access, and the condition of the apartment / condo are all factors that could dissuade me from seeing an otherwise appealing lady.

Important:
  • Safety (I avoid DTES)
  • Parking or closeness to transit
  • Discreteness
  • Within 30 minutes radius from where I'm located

Right, it all depends on the starting point. I'm downtown, so anything beyond Burnaby is highly unlikely. So I can see how folks from the valley especially are reluctant to venture downtown. I'm used to DT construction and parking (and know the good work-arounds) so it's all relative.

Meh. I'm out past Langley, and I drive into downtown without a second thought. I definitely have to allow extra time for traffic and/or construction and/or parking, but in the big picture that seems like a small price to pay. :)

I am not a fan of a personal residences being used with locals escorts.
I don't like the feeling that there are other people in the house while I am in an appointment.

Air BnB incalls are fine if a touring provider is using it.

My preference however is always for a hotel or condo incall.

Location is a very important factor for me. Ever since the beginning of the pandemic, I've used biking as an excuse to get out of the house to see SPs at least half of the time. I'm lucky that downtown is within 30 mins bike ride so I have plenty of good options. When I bike to appointments, parking/construction is not an issue for me.

I live in the valley.
I’ll go anywhere. Don’t care. If the lady is hot and responds well to inquiries I’m in.
When the dust settles I’m going to California to see two different hotties that I follow on Twitter.

I'm good to go anywhere from Langley to Vancouver.......anywhere in that circle works. I've never ventured as far as Abbottsford but if one of my regulars happened to relocate there, I'd be up for it.

Depends if it’s a first time visit, repeat, or regular arrangement.

First time visits are full of risk due to flakes, scams, newbs, bad service, etc. So it’s 5-mile diet for a first-timers, unless I’m in the area.

Repeats go to 25Km or 55 mins, whichever comes first. It’s kinda like a tire warranty. Re-tread but worthy.

Regulars goes way up to 115Km or 2 hr drive.

Best-ev goes all the way. Hmmm, how do we make this happen? 3hr drive? Ok. Two hour ferry? Alright. 3 hours of planes, trains, and automobiles? Sure babe. Meet you in Barbados—here’s a ticket.

Confidence builds Conviction.

For me it has to be downtown or have good transit connections to downtown. When I visit the Vancouver area I'm almost always located downtown, and I don't have my own vehicle.

I will quite readily spend half an hour on transit to see an SP, but am unlikely to go for a longer transit ride.

Traffic....transit....downtown....half hour drive?!!?
For shit sakes people, I have an hour drive to just see pavement....then another 4 and a 1/2 hours to Vancouver.
Not a bad deal if you like driving ...:)
