I've been reading a lot of reviews about new girls. Most seemingly coming out of nowhere, with no experience and pricing themselves in the upper echelon.
How does one become a pro?
I assume if you applied at an agency you would have to supply the boss or someone with a session to see if you have what it takes to be hired. But what about to become an independent escort?
Is there any courses, programs, policies, procedures or tests?
Are there any qualifications or evaluations?
Is there any kind of regulation?
Or can anyone just put up an ad, call themselves an escort and charge whatever they want?

I would say years of experience but some ladies don't need that, especially some high end ones that pop up overnight they seem to know the ropes pretty well! I always wonder if they learned it from someone or are just quick learners and succeed in whatever they decide to do in general

Yes. That's the sad part.

For those that are truly invested, they usually have a female mentor to help and guide. Online presence, website, paid advertisements on sites other then backpage, pictures other the bathroom selfies, are clues that she is legit.

I know of some new girls that fall for the "you have to give me a free audition before I hire you", are usually clueless and quickly get pimps that traffic them. I have worked for agencies, and NEVER auditioned. However, I've only ever worked for one male owner, and he quickly realized I actually was good at answering the phones, screening, booking calls and organizing the ladies, and he had money waiting for him when he came back from being away. The other girls didn't like it as they always told him the phones were dead and no calls happened lol.

My advice to new to the industry escorts is stay away from Backpage. Far far away..

The reality is, bp is the most used advertisement site in Canada. If you google escorts in your city, backpage is always att he top of the list. For guys who don't know where to look, they go to the first options.

I could stick to review boards, and get no calls at all. I pay them the least amount I can, but until another site becomes available,,,I have to use that site.

Mentor. I know that my ATF had a good mentor that showed her how to actually make a living. You get the Catherine James and Sweet Bree types that make a living and then you get the shady types that "mood adjust" just to give reluctant sex that doesn't attract repeat customers.

The ladies that are lucky enough to have a mentor that is successful HAVE an exit plan and actually work less than the women that earn then spend, rinse daily and repeat.

There's the marketing and admin side, but there's also the product. Go to a sauna in Macau and it's like McDonalds - every girl gives you a similar experience. Greeting, massage, catbath, jacuzzi, bbbj, fs - if the punter just lays back and enjoys it is a predictable reliable experience. There's been training. Unless it has been a really busy day, or the girls have gone out partying the day before and are hung over, you can't go wrong.

Contrast that to places such as here where most providers are self taught. Like indy restaurants compared to chains, you can do so much better, and so much worse.
