I spoke to an SP yesterday who thought she wouldn't be able to vote because she will be on tour till after the election.

Turn out she can vote.

The info is at http://www.elections.ca/Home.aspx

Anyone can vote now at one of the 400 Elections Canada offices. Just take your ID, one or two pieces depending on type of ID. They have a list of the candidates and you can leave the ballot there or mail it later. Their phone number is 1-800-463-6868. You can do this up until October 13th.

"" Just take your ID, one or two pieces depending on type of ID.""

Voted yesterday with just my driver's licence. Easy, friendly and 15 minutes. It might take a bit more time when you live in another riding.
