How do you know if you smell?
It's a well-known fact that our olfactory system adapts to smells and fails to recognize them after a time.
Ever put on after shave and it's pungent, but while later you might be stanking out the office, you have no sense of it at all. Ever been in an elevator with a woman's perfume so strong your eyes are watering?
Same goes for body or foot odor or breath. The owner don't know.
I've been with SP's who smell nice until you reach a certain spot - under arm, under boob, "down there" or feet. Sometimes the breath isn't so fresh, or you know she had garlic dressing for lunch.
I know I always groom before a session - shower, minimal scent, deodorant and a final brush of the teeth. Just before I arrive I usually swish with mouth wash I keep in the car.
On arrival, sometimes I'm asked to shower, even though I just had one. Still, one never really knows.
One SP I know looks and smells great, but I sometimes get a whiff when my head is nearly in her armpit. Even though the smell isn't fresh or feminine, it is sexual, so it doesn't really bother me, but she obviously doesn't know her pits smell. One SP had feet (or shoes) that just reeked.
I will ask a partner if any scent from me offends, but how do you tell someone else? Especially in an intimate encounter?
I'm sure more SP's have issues with client smells than vice versa. Do you say anything, or just put up with it for an hour?
