I've always had a very high sex drive. In my twenties I have little doubt I could have accomplished three (or more) in an hour without breaking a sweat. Someone on here mentioned helping oneself three times a day and I almost laughed out loud simply because for me that might well have been in a half an hour. I don't remember a "record in a day", but I'm sure it would have been well into the double digits. I don't say that to boast - it was just my reality. In fact I remember times when I wished I had LESS drive.

BUT... I am much older now, and my body had a pretty rough fight with cancer for a few years. Now I'm one-and-done. It's common for me to be ready to finish within the first fifteen minutes, but I know if I do that's it - I won't get another and I won't have the energy to keep going. I can easily get hard again a second time, but there's no way I'll finish so I don't bother trying. So I put off my one shot so I can enjoy more of the time. The downside to that is if I put it off, it's not unusual for me to have difficulty finishing at all. Having trouble finishing isn't ideal, but overall it's still better (for me) than finishing too soon and being done for the night.

The cool thing is that I've met some very lovely ladies who have gone above and beyond when I have trouble finishing. Those are now the ladies for me!

In my early to mid 20's the idea of getting off two shots in an hour wouldn't have been a problem at all, but as I have moved into my mid-30's I've already noticed a significant difference in my ability to pull this off.

I've had multiple sessions where a second round was initiated and I had no problem getting it up, but in the end I just wasn't able to get there and fire off that second shot. It was honestly a bit frustrating, but in the end I realized that a lot of it was due to the pressure I was putting on myself to perform. In the end it all came down to understanding what worked best for my body and realizing that that didn't necessarily mean a second shot in FS.

I'd also reiterate what others have said, communication is such a key in things like this. The ladies are service providers and in my experience are more than happy to accommodate what you need as long as you are respectful, clean and kind.

Mid-50s here, healthy diet and regular exercise, no little blue pills needed... so I probably could still pull-off a second shot in an hour (I certainly have watching MFC & Pornhub LOL)... but my question is "why"?
The joy of seeing an SP is the sensuality of the encounter, the foreplay, the build-up, the climax and even the pillow-talk afterwards. I did a spontaneous MSOG not long ago during a 45 min. session, but it wasn't planned. I usually try to make it last until near the end of the session, but this time (new SP, amazing connection) I came closer to the midway mark, then while we were chatting I noticed that my erection had barely subsided... so, almost as a "lets see what happens?" we did a round 2 and it was fun. Was it "better" than a single shot? Not really, although the novelty was interesting.

I don't get the appeal of MSOG.

I never opt for MSOG or use pills. Instead, I control my pace, practice my holding power and edge myself through the entire duration of the session and have one intense explosion at the end.

Like others have pointed out here, the intensity and desire to make the second pop don't quite match the first one, so why try to make two pops instead of trying to make one remarkable shot lol

Also agreeing with what some of you said: "It's about the journey not the destination." No matter how great the finale is, it only lasts a few seconds, but the entire play is what you pay for. Yes, I've learned to control myself. I doubt I'm exceptional - I'm sure there are plenty of guys here that can. A huge part of it is, of course, practice. (It's also easier with age, at least for me.) However, there are definitely techniques you can use. You've already mentioned a few. Also, I assume you know that 90% (or whatever) is in your mind, right? It's one of the biggest reasons guys can have trouble finishing - stress or distraction or whatever. You can use that to your advantage. I'm not saying you have to think about something ugly or negative. Just slow your racing mind down by thinking of other things. For me it's often moving my concentration from the small head to making positive observations about the lady I'm with - things I like or appreciate. For me it makes the whole experience that much more pleasurable. I have occasionally had sessions with ladies that got me so excited I had to do more like pulling back (out), changing positions, or whatever, but usually I can manage mentally. Word of warning, though: if you're like me, if you put it off too much or too long you may have trouble finishing at all.
