How do I interpret ERS-####?

Hi,

I don't read very often and I'm a bit confused... so I'm trying to figure out how to understand to interpret ERS-####.

Suppose I find a review that says "ERS-1234" -- I am guessing ERS means ERSList which is now LeoList. Where do I see that 1234 on there? Is it part of a phone number?
