How did you first become aware of SP review boards on the internet?

Once upon a time in 2002 I discovered a lovely young SP named Kitt, so I started seeing her regularly and during one session she told me about the existence of SP review sites on the internet. So I did some searches and discovered Canbest. I lurked on CanBest for a long time but never joined due to its archaic snail-mail signup. Then I followed a link from there to a PERB in its infancy (the only reviewers in the Edmonton section at the time seemed to be jim and Bobo the Rabbit), and thus your friendly neighborhood wolverine was born.

In 1999, I did a search for "escorts in Winnipeg", and turned up Canbest. I joined, started posting, and discovered TERB the following year. That led to MERB and PERB.

Just by surfing for local MP's. Found Perb, saw Karma from Edmonton, tried to hook up with her while she visited Vanc, but actually had my first Perb Escort date with Julia (great gal) and have been perbing since. Did eventually see Karma later, glad I did.

A simple Google internet search using ...

sex, escort, Edmonton as keywords revealed Canbest which turned into too much drama for a fee and the same search revealed PERB in about 2003 which had less drama, more RESPECT for the SP's and the rest is history.

In those eraly days about 80% of the Posts were Reviews. It was an awesome Board then. Unfortunately, there is too much banter a aand drama now days. The Mods have helped but it is disappointing how few PERBerts post Reviews and how many hide their Gems.

Google searching for web sites for MPs and found some review sites, came across TERB and started posting edmonton reviews on there, then we got our own site PERB and moved over here.

During a session with harmony at supreme she told me of a guy that was giving her bad reviews on perb and told me about the site.I didn't think much of it at the time because i didn't have a computer,i never did a review on that session but it was excellent she was a firecracker,at the time her and eva were by far the best sps i had seen.Now a guy doesn't have to see 10 sp's to find one nice one.i told a couple girls about it also.

I was looking up local escorts, and that led me to PERB. Im glad I found it, I know so much more than I did before, plus now I have more numbers in my cell phone!

Like some of the others, I found Canbest first. Does anybody remember Erwah? He wasn't happy with Canbest and started up a site on Yahoo. He was one of the legendary reviewers back then, but I think he found the hobby was taking over his life and when he moved he stopped with the internet scene. Fergie also started a board on a site. Somehow, through all of this I learned about perb and it still seems to be the most professionally run out of all of them. One was started in Calgary on MSN and it eventually morphed into CAF today.

This was one of the results of that search. I was in awe.

Late in 2006 i was searching for Local escorts and all by Google. Then at times you type in words that associate with what your looking for and you end up clicking on different links. I don't exactly remember how or what is was that connected me but I remember reading some comment on an escort and Perb was mentioned as an Escort message board and so I Googled it and that's it.
Found it.....Lurked for awhile and then Registered.

And for trivia reasons......Ashley Fame was the first to Smother me good......and more of course!

Like most, I stumbled across another board (TERB), and joined up here pretty much as soon as it was annouced on TERB. Bailed out, was going to bail on the hobby, etc., signed up again pretty quickly....
