Won't comment on the dick part of your question, (I'll leave that to others) but I was your age once upon a time and I was in such good shape that the coach of my university hounded me to join their wrestling team, because I was in better shape than most of the wrestlers..(that's the honest to god's truth)
But really what one needs is confidence and an "I don't give an shit if you like me or not attitude" together you'd be amazed at how far you can go, especially if you treat the ladies with respect, and have an abundance of humour.

It's all about the numbers. Don't fear rejection. Just go out of your way to meet as many girls as you can. Most will likely not be interested, but the more you talk to the more likely you are to meet one that is interested. Talk to a few of those and you will likely find a girl that is 'fine'.

First of all, you gotta love yourself first. Then do what the minority does which is treating women with respect as described by FSD. Don't treat women as disposable pleasures BUT as truly worthwhile pursuits. Good things will come back to you.
That is why movies are called fantasy. I am quite certain that fat ugly guys are not going to get dates simply by being gentlemen. What will work however is being confident, or expressing power in someway without being threatening. If you don't have the physical thing going for you, you need to figure that out. Half the equation is physical appearance, the other half is that less definable confidence/power thing. If you have both you are golden, if you have one or the other you stand a chance but if you have neither you are out of luck. Just being nice means squat in girl world.
