How Are You Spending Your New Years Eve?

Similar to the Christmas post, just wondering how you are all planning to spend your New Years Eve?

At home, unfortunately. I managed to catch quite the flu when I visited my family for Christmas. At least I have a bottle of twelve year old scotch to keep me company.

I won't be doing anything special, though I was thinking about getting a donair around 1 am.

I'll be heading out to hang out with friends, for drinking, eating, and good times. I'm sure every now and again a smile will pop on my face while thinking of recent good pooning experiences.

A real donair is a jumbo with just meat cheese and sauce, extra cheese and extra sauce from queen donair on stony plain.

Did anyone go to a hotel party or and a nightclub and pay a fair chunk of change for tickets? If so, was it worth the time and money? I guess a lot of it is, the company or people you are with too....

I agree! I went to a party with a small group of friends and had a way better time than I ever did going out on the town, and way cheaper to boot!

I was at a house party last night with a bunch of other couples.

Unfortunately, one of the chicks decided to bring along a kareoke machine and 'sang' for the rest of the night in her horrible croaky voice as loud as she could.
It was a painful night.
