i have stumbled into this diet,
im told it is one of the few successful diets out there.

one
never skip a meal
two
don't eat out, even for lunch pack a lunch.
three
you can eat whatever you want, how much you want
the only thing is you have to write it down keep a log of it. a daily account of your food intake


it works for me, i am going to cycle like 400 plus k's this week,
so for me or someone to say to me i can't have that beer or second or third beer fuck that,

but at the end of the day i take a minute and write it down, how many beers did i have how many glasses of milk how many helpings did i have, it makes you think about it, did i really need that fifth beer, or my third helping

we shall see, im not fat but i could stand to loose a few pounds, i hate lugging my big bulk up those hills on my bike, my knees are fucked if i could loose a few pounds i might not have so much strain on my knees,
so im giving it a try

How is that a diet? And do you have a single legitimate source to support that it is one of the few successful diets out there?

Diligently recording what you eat may create some awareness but at best it may prevent someone from gaining weight as rapidly as they have been.
