Happy that I got the teams I was hoping(not betting)for.
I thought last yr was win/win cuz Panthers-Knights meant a 1st time Cup winner.
I see Oilers-Panthers as win/win as well.

Loving the playoffs this year. Like a murderer’s row of good teams in close games. I conclude that the shots on goal stat has become misleading and less relevant than it used to be. The wins seem to be about quality chances on goal, execution of those chances, forechecking efficiency, team defence and PK effectiveness, and badass goaltending making it really tough to score. Not good metrics for much of these. That said, in any of the major league playoffs, offence wins a game or two, but defence wins championships.
Panthers tend to take penalties and Oilers PP can be punishing.

I miss coaches corner in the playoffs. It added a lot to the games in my opinion. The Edmonton fan who flashed her boobs at the last game has garnered a lot of attention. Worth checking her out if you haven’t.
