How about them Canucks?

It sucks the way the schedule works that has the Oilers and Canucks playing each other. Would sooner see them both play American teams rather than have one more Canadian team eliminated this round.
The Canucks got lucky to get Edmonton in the second round. I think they match up better against them, then either Dallas or Colorado, and might have a chance at beating them. At least we will have one Canadian team in the final four.

Yep, Lindholm and Miller 👍👍👍
When will Pettersson score ?
It’s a mystery that Pettersson isn’t performing at all in last 10 games. At least we can say the goal scoring has been taken up by Zadorov, Lindholm and Conor Garland. Every time I see Garland with this much free space he comes up with important goals.

Only 11 more wins guys!

I thought Nucks carried the edge in play most of the night, particularly after 1st period jitters. Oilers were lucky to be up three goals. They can’t hem us in like the preds do so well. Great series shaping up! Great to see Joshua & Garland back to form in the more open style of play. Our bench strength could make the difference. Who knows, maybe Elias will show up as things get wilder and carzier.

You can tell Petey is slowly getting his feet and confidence back. He might not have showed up on the scoreboard last night, but he was visible on a number of plays from where I was sitting.

He just needs to grip his stick a little harder, I saw him let a few pucks go by on a pass that he should have easily had.

Exactly what I saw. He was a lot better on the defensive side of things as well.

Lest we forgot Petterson's jumping out of the way of a check and passing to Boeser to Suter for the winning goal in game 6? 39 second mark.

When I watched this live, my first thought was that this goal wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Peteys instinct to dodge the body check by Lauzon.

Kids gonna start making some plays soon enough, mark my words!

Silovs starts again tonight? Four goals on 14 shots.
Casey could have easily started today!

Idk, Silovs played fine after that 4th goal. He had some 1st game jitters. If we lose tonight I'd expect to see Casey game 3.

Arty has been great, no sense taking his confidence away pulling him for a cold goalie.

Man, we cannot play like that 3rd period again if we want to get out of this series... I don't know what the spread for o-zone time was but it felt like we were in our end the entire 3rd period...smh
