Yes all included to my understanding, but the price is something else. If you check her reviews someone said they got $140 for 30 special, but I'm unaware of when/why. I was $240 for 45 (I think her add says $300 for 60) but she went over a good amount. This is either because she is super cool or she forgot because I balled her pretty good (despite it not being anywhere near my best work). I wouldn't ask her too go over.

I would drive to Van City semi-regularly if she confirmed she had that special. If you like the young skinny model look, she is very worth it. There are people with more cred who confirm this.
