Are the girls who hang around gangsters just so shallow they risk getting beat up or shot just for shit these guys give them, or is it something else?

I saw an incredibly hot chick with the ugliest, shaved-head, tatted up fat fuck I've ever seen -I mean Grade A fugly, with a huge pot belly. People criticize SP's for having sex with old or ugly guys, but at least they're open about why they're doing it.

Money and drugs. I used to hang around these kind of people, and everytime we'd be at the clubs or lounges everyone would be coked out or on some kind of high. The girls are hot though.

Not in all cases but often it is poor self esteem.
Alot of these girls come from some kind of dysfunctional upbringing resulting in either poor self esteem or some kind of attachment disorder. They are so desperate for someone to love them they'll hang onto any loser who they think will give them what they need and put up with all kinds of horrible shit for fear of losing this person and their "love". Very sad.
That's why it is important to go to crying babies and pick them up, hug our children, love them unconditionally, comfort them when they are scared or sad, take joy in them and teach them that they are loved, precious and important.

Naw free drugs and monetary things. People with poor self esteem/attachment issues can get what they crave without the BS of gang activities and that lifestyle, like you say, any loser can/will give it to them. In fact an actual loser is a safer bet as they're just as scared to lose out on the girl. Poor self esteem doesn't lead a 16 year old girl to strip in some seedy apt for dirty 30 something men who just happen to deal drugs. Having said that poor self esteem can lead someone into drugs and/or an "outsiders" group, however those aren't the only reasons so it's too general to make the leap from one to the other.

It is important to love your kids though, I mean, why are you having them in the first place??

Most people have kids so they feel they contributed to society and the idea of having someone around to "take care of them when they get old".

Oh please. Like gansters are the only people capable of showing hot girls affection and attention. Clearly they are getting something else from the relationship and it has nothing to do with self esteem.

The dead know only one thing, it is better to be alive.

It's a shitty deal, but if someone is mentally/emotionally strong with like minded people around them they can still have appreciation for what little time they have left. Probably more than you or I as they definitly know their time on this earth is very finite.
