I’m sorry I can’t be much help with specifics but I did get good service from a place not too far of a walk from Ala Moana shopping centre towards town. It was a fairly typical AMP but I remember the service being quite good, and they had a table shower which I always loved about MPs in the states. I used to use rubmaps as a resource when I was in the states for work. You need a membership to read reviews but I’m pretty sure it’s free. Have fun!
