I don't know about Korea—I hear it's not the best stomping ground for foreign pooners these days, in spite of all the hot girls they're sending us—but HK is definitely world-class.
My favorite is pretty young Thais, for HK$120=Can$17 for 20 min [or double that for 40 min, which I recommend]. There're more than a half dozen Thai micros along the Temple St Market area in the Jordan district, identifiable by strikingly ugly "dragon ladies" sitting on folding chairs in front of entranceways.
My 2nd most favorite HK pooning places are the dozens of pink- & yellow-sign brothels in and around the Mongkok district. Most are on the W side along streets parallel to Nathan Rd. You can't miss them. HK$390/hr is a standard rate these days (about Can$50), but beware of the occasional ripoff "bargains."
Tied for 3rd place on my list of favorite HK haunts are Dundas 37 (can't miss the signs on the N side of Dundas just W of Nathan, HK$510) & K-Pressure Sauna (Jordan St & Woosong St, HK$500). These are slightly pricier than your run-of-the-mill brothel, but have ChangPing-trained ladies offering the works.
