Yes, she offers incall. In fact, even though she has gotten bad reviews for being "overly" clean, in a way, that's not always a bad thing. I think she is one of those YMMV girls. That is a tough question, but that section along Kingsway seems to have a lot of cops and a lot of night traffic (7-11, Binos, a couple of 24 hour chinese restaurants, a hotel, etc.)... and I guess the "traffic" makes it "safer"? I dunno. You will have to ask them.
