Budget 101: Poon the affordable way and splurge when you need to - Planning my next hobby vacation!
Yes, gents and fellow poon patrol, I have an allocated budget for my hobby! I'm going to be semi-retiring from this at the end of the month. But still, I've got a budget planned for the yearly vacation and the hobby days during that time. This is my usual way of allocating the cash. It goes something like this: 3X affordable or sometimes 4X affordable and 1X splurge, here's an example below.
My previous vacation to HK/Macau: HK - 4X affordable with the AMP ($400HKD) and 1X splurge with a hotel girl ($800HKD). Macau: Cheapest Sauna 1X at $1800HKD (girl is selected for you) - Average Sauna 1X $2800 HKD (you select girl from small group) - High End Sauna 1X.$4500HKD (showtime, where you select from a large group of girls).
Note: Some of these sauna places allow you to sleep overnight after your fun with the ladies, they also provide free drinks and food (if you want alcohol, it's pay, other than that, every food item they have is free). Yes, it's like a game land for men, paradise for Adam where you pick an Eve for the hour or 90 minutes.
Now, my method is similar when I hobby in the lower mainland, 3-4X affordable at the AMP's, 1X splurge with a duo at AMP or higher end gal at an in-call location. You can mix things up according to your specific budget, your desires and options for filling those fantasies are up to you. I think most people would do something similar.
I've been only in South East Asia and generally, in Asia when I go for my hobby experiences. I've not tried Africa, Europe, South America. I think I like SEA more because of the sheer number of countries and options available for me as I look "local" instead of a foreigner in other countries. I blend in easily, it's just the language barrier!
My month vacation most likely will be split between Indonesia and Philippines this time around. I've been to Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, etc, want to try out another country or two. I may come back to these countries later. Until something else comes up, I think I've made up my mind, now go to check the dates for cheap airfares.
