Hmmm, possible setups?

Just doing some browsing today and noticed these ads with similar wording and pics that are tineye failures.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that I suspect these three ads are fake.
I might even go as far as to say LE setups.
Am I just being paranoid?

I read somewhere LE does not do out call stings , incall only .
Can anyone elaborate further?

Agencies.
Only do outcalls because they know when you are expecting Kate Upton and Phyllis Diller shows up, the guy, not wanting to create a scene in his hotel room or home, is going to either, go ahead with the visit or pay the lady to go away.
They know it is easy for us to just turn around and walk away if you are visiting their incall.
