I think they've been deleted but I recently seen ads for a woman wanting a guy to participate with a dog. And a couple claiming to be a father and daughter..wanting a third person to participate. The whole casual sections gone to shit.

Sounds like Craig's list can be opening itself up to some privacy issues soon.

Just saw an article about the CL in one of the paper's here. Didn't read it 'cause there isnt' anything to read about it. (now that it's half owned by Amazon). Think it was talking about its success.

What prevents any distressed Ex-boyfriend from posting someone's phone # on the site - imagine the volume of CL's ERS in the larger cities.

Easy to create a bogus ID and surf anonymously...

I just posted this link in the thread about BBFS. What I don't get is that when you post anything on CL (I put a post once looking for a bridge game) you have to enter your email address to receive the activation sequence. Can't a phony ad like this one (I hope it phoney) be traced to the originator and persecuted for public mischief?
