Thanks hk9999-I am not looking for myself at the moment(after all I am in Bangkok)but for some friends who are interested in the higher end of this hobby. Myself I find I enjoy a biy of a non professional girl-one who is not all that polished-it ads to the charm. Though if the opportunity presents itself I would certainly sample some of the ladies on that site.

As I see it the ladies in this profession are quite free to charge what they feel is market value for their time-just as any of us do in our profession. Just two years ago I was working for 13$CAN per hour and now I charge (and do not always get-but often)
100$US for my time. The only thing that really changed about me is my attitude about myself-how I see myself. To spend time with a lady that charges 1500$US could be a trip-and I am sure she would treat you well. One thing I have learned about this hobby though is that the service and the price are not always proportionate. Ihave had a blast with a lady who was charging 125$CAN and been disappionted with far pricier ladies.
For this thread what I am looking for is the price and also a certain professionalism and sophistication as my friends have the sort of money that 1500$US is like sneeze to them-I mean it simply does not matter-but they do want some one that does business with them -any kind of business-to be straight and honest-and you don't get to having this sort of money with out having an eye for who is honest and who is not.

I could hardly have said it better myself. This is why I have such gratitude to this board and all those that post. In the pre internet era we were all much more slaves to our smaller heads(and this still can happen) Now with the exchange of info we can make smarter choices and the market presumably improves. One thing I find in Thailand is that the supply is so huge I would think that the service would improve proportionatly. However-as with all economic theories there is the human element which seems to jigger the results. There also seems to be alot of mediocre service here-though it does not hurt the wallet so much to find out. As always it pays to listen to ones intuition when making choices(another thing my wealthy friends are teaching me)

Exactly - the price isn't necessarily a reflect of the service. Sort of like stocks - the price of a stock isn't necessarily reflect its real value, but what people think it is worth and how it is marketed.

For those who are afford the $1500 US experience - why the heck would they bother browsing this board? With that kind of cash,they could just easily see all the SPs in Vancouver themselves!

One can get awful service for $1500 just as one can get great service for $150. The two are not inversely proportionate. Sometimes it's a case of being at the right place at the right time; at other times, it's a case of falsely raised or lowered expectations. That's why networking improves our chances, but even that has its pitfalls.

They don't browse the board-I do and report back. My own fortunes are rising simply by being around rich people. This is the best advise I can give anyone who want a higher income-hang around with rich people and listen to them and watch them-it starts to rub off. If you ask for hand outs you will be out of luck-offer an interesting proposition and money will be thrown your way.

Another aspect of this is that rich folks have more to lose that regular folks-they often have reputation to protect and are willing to pay high prices for discretion.
