I think these days especially with meth on the scene, locals are often inconsistent from one visit to another. A few girls I've reviewed here and elsewhere I've had quite good experiences with and others have not, or vice versa. I tend to go with locals because they often offer a real girlfriend like experience and maybe even overly open minded sometimes but I know too this is because they may be needing their next fix. Excellent post! We all need to remember that this is a YMMV hobby.
Not everyone's experience is going to be the same whether the SP is high on meth or if you just happen not make a good connection or not.
That said if the reviews demonstrate that the SP's services/sessions seem to fluctuate and you have a 50:50 chance of having a good or bad experience, that is another reason to stick with the ladies who have consistently positive reviews.
