Help!!!

Im a paid advertiser, and have enjoyed being in this site a lot. I talked my friend Martini into trying to become a paid advertiser aswell ,so that she gets all the attention and benefits that I am getting out of being a paid advertiser. She is having some problems, she cant seem to add a profile picture, which makes her think that they dont know that she paid for advertising, so if she advertises she is afraid that they will take it down, she has emailed them a few times, but no one seems to get back to her. What should she do?

I have seen the name of Moderator (Fred Zed) on other forums. I presume he must have several forums that he manages?

Fred is the principal owner of TERB and related boards (PERB & MERB). I don't think he moderates the boards, though.

Sorry but none of this is helping me, Fred is the person that she has emailed a few times, he does not seem to be replying back.
