Help with Erslist

I am having a brain cramp. On my home computer, I can see pictures in the Erlist. At work, I can't. Both computer have XP and Firefox, what am I missing (on the work computer)?

Thanks dude. I tried all the steps but still didn't work. Then I had an epiphany, I have this plug in called ad block plus at work, so I turned it off and voila...
