Usually what the ladies have trouble with in the beginning is pictures. You have to have a hosting site for pictures unless you have your own server or a web page provider that is robust enough to handle the traffic. The exception is pictures in your signature. I can't find the size right now, maybe one of the ladies knows where the link is.

Once you have a picture that is available to the internet, take a look at the upper middle (right side), there are 6 icons in a box. the 4th from the left, third from the right is for inserting a picture. Copy the place your picture is on the internet, click the picture icon and paste the copy you made into the place provided. Video works the same way, just click the film strip and follow the same procedure.
