help please

for some dumb reason I installed Pc Doctor Oncall. The problem is that i tried to uninstall it but it is still there. and it keep popping up at the most inoppertune times. Can someone please help to get rid of this junk. Thanks.

After you have uninstalled the program try running Spybot - Search & Destroy

spybot will not remove this thing ive tried. Hey Hitrack, how far back do you have to go for system restore?

Try removing realtime.exe from the windows directory then run reg repair. You may have to turn it off in taskmon (ctrl-alt-del)first, as your system may refuse to delete it saying it is in use.

This program is just malicious adware that is designed to be difficult to get rid of. Stay away from it.

funny hitrack. by the way i did get rid of it today. alot of seaching in windows explorer and deleted all the files. thanks
