help for someone visiting Vancouver

Hi guys,
I am hoping you can help a guy find what he is looking for in your good city.
I am looking to find a fairly young girl (19-25 ish) who had a very bubbly enthusiastic personality.
Almost bimboish personality but without the airheadedness, don't know if that even makes sense, but if you have any suggestions it would be appreciated.
