....or am I not as good at writing a pleasant email as I thought? A couple of attempts, as well as using her web form, have been unanswered. Now this appointment would have been for my girlfriend and myself, and both are first-timers, so it was anything but untoward in content.

Would be good to know if she'll reappear if we wait a bit.

I believe that Ms. Heidi Heiss is currently OOC and may be so for some time. The lovely Heidi is a popular SP and it may take some time for her to respond. One email is usually enough, you should just check your email occasionally. Three contacts would be more than enough.

Thanks for the replies! Yeah, I saw the video from Italy but assumed there would be some kind of auto-reply. We'll cool our jets and maybe see someone else while we wait.

Heidi is doing a lot of travelling. If you look on her website "Where are you baby?" it will give you a good idea when she is available and when she is not. Heidi is very good at scheduling and showing where and when she is availabe. She will get back to you as soon as possible when time permits.
