health forum rules

Seems there's a lot of newb's & wannabe health pro's in this area of late. Let's take a moment to review the rules regarding this section. Health nurse volunteers his/her time & goes into great detail answering q's so let's show some respect & save our nurse/doctor schticks for the bedroom (or lounge), kids!

2. This is a serious forum any off topic or irrelevant comments will be deleted
3. ONLY THE HEALTH NURSE CAN ANSWER A QUESTION. Answers from anyone else will be deleted, and you run the risk of being banned.
