Build up your chi. Do it Korean style

For the guys interested in replenishing the body and strenghtening your bones.

I came across an article on what your "fireworks" are composed of. It's actually made up of minerals and vitamins
when you discharge it besides your dna.

For the ladies daring to consume it... very gutsy and a dose of benefit from it. Thats another story.

As a guy.. you feel weak or tired after a discharge or two. Like a gun.. it needs to reload the chambers
and extract these minerals and vitamins from your body.

There's a reason why MMA or sports coach advise NO woman/sex before a match. So if you want that person
to loss. Give him lots of girls and sex.

From experience..
I sometimes feel tired, sleepy, or weak sometimes.
Not getting moms daily soup and this jungle business will put some strain to your body system.

Like a sickness. Traditional remedy when you are sick or weak...
your ancestor or parents prepare some broth/soup for the illness.

Vancouver has lots of restaurants from all nations. I've seriously tried them all.
There isn't many places that makes good soup to power your soul.

Chinese - herbal soup. Vietnamese pho. Japanese - Miso soup. No real power benefit. Just msg flavoured.

I came across Korean soup. Let me introduce you to two kind of soup that I've tried and find that really
energizes and replenish your body.

1/ Beef Bone soup and 2/ Pork Bone Soup

1/ Beef Bone Soup - Beef bone that is boiled for minimum of 12hours. From the cooking only about 50% of
the liquid remains. It looks milky. The fat is extracted.

2/ Pork Bone soup - Pork Bone that is boiled for 6-12hours. It does not look milky. The fat is extracted.

How to get these soup and from which restaurants..
There is one on kingsway between fraser st and knight st. right next to the ICBC.
Near Metrotown in Burnaby next to the vision electronics on kingsway
Lougheed hwy a block from lougheed mall. Lots of korean restaurants

I order the Ginseng Chicken in Beef or Pork bone soup.
Its one whole cornish hen with sticky rice inside with walnuts and a piece of ginseng.
Drink every drop of the soup... eat the sticky rice. I don't eat the chicken... just chew every piece of
it and extract the juice from it and spit the meat out.

Beef tendon in Pork Bone soup

I swear... after drinking every drop of this soup... I felt power up ready to hit the gym and bench press and
pick up some dumb bells.

It really energizes and replenish your body. These will actually strengthen your bones and muscles.

These soups are pure essence of the beef/pork bone. No msg added.. no spice added.

If you feel low in chi. Give Korean Style a try... go try one of these soups and you'll see and feel
the benefit!

Hey Melody..

It's awesome to hear from someone like you with many years of practising it
from so many walks of life and to share how you've benefited all these years.

We can see how intelligent you have become based on your remarks and post.
You will be voted the next Miss Drama Queen on perb.

Unfortunately your suggestion does not work for a guy to release and consume
its own.

You really misunderstand my writeup... I'm not encouraging others to practise
drinking there own release every day like soup.

There are news of people practising drinking their own pee every morning for benefits that
cure them from illness.

Well... this is too rich for me. I'm sticking to my Beef or Pork Bone Soup to build up
my chi Korean style.

this is something I came across that the release contains more than just dna and that
it actually contains minerals and vitamins.

If water and juice can cure you from your illness and make your strong. Well.. tell me
where the fountain of youth is..

rintin6 you are right about juicing, it is great for health

juicing in the morning provides good energy, turns out one of the most taxing things for the body energy wise is digestion

the old steak and eggs breakfast takes so much energy to digest there is no energy boost at all (not that protein provides energy, it doesn't)

juice is so easily digested that you end up with a high net energy boost, careful though of overly sweet or you will get a glucose surge and then major drop in energy

This post has nothing to do about consuming a guys release. Talk about this in another post.

For a lady everytime they have a period. This is like a ladies version of a release. Your body is in a weak state.
There is various soup broth that a lady drinks to nourish and replenish what you've lost to strengthen your body. This is another post.

Lets get back on topic for the guys... Everytime a guy does a release... your body actually draws in minerals and vitamins to
re-plenish your gun. Your body actually become weak during this state. Especially when you release very frequently.
You could feel lack of energy, tired, wanting to sleep and rest more.

You would need to eat various seafood, vegetables, and meats to replenish these raw materials (minerals and vitamins) for your body.

If you are busy and not in the business to shop and cook to make these Beef/Pork Bone soup to replenish and strengthen your body.

The quickest and best tonic are so readily available at these Korean restaurants.

I'm not a scientist to explain this in scientific terms. I'm just a jungle boy that grew up drinking various soups my mama
makes to help strengthen the body.

If this helps... great.
If you tried this for a week and don't feel any diff... well... you did get the opportunity to sight see some beautiful korean girls at
these establishments.

Bon appetite.

ah, the joys of living in a mufti-cultural community

tarzen, we get it that you like soup, that you like Korean soup, and you come from a culture which a rich background in home remedies, herbal medicine and folklore.

I am not knocking herbal remedies, 2/3's of the world's population use herbal remedies.

Its just that Canada, like most advanced nations practice fact based medicine and nutrition. If you recommend things that are common from other countries, you are going to get some backlash from the locals who live in an advanced culture, with advanced science and testing as the backbone of our consumer and consumption based economy. We also have advanced education and most consumers in the west are well informed. Our taxes pay for our government to set up standards for our safety in terms of quality, representations, labeling, and hold the products companies accountable.

Even if a recommendation which comes from another culture is valid, we tend not to like to be dragged back to the 18th century when people told us to take something for health because our ancestors or parents used it.

Most doctors would encourage your mother's soup because the liquids or hydration is good for you. The soup it self, well if you like it and it works for you great.

If you go around recommending it to others, I would suggest you just leave it as a suggestion. I would not try and hard sell it. This is Canada, you are going to get push back from people are sophisticated in terms of access to health information and an advanced medical system based on scientific method.

Not trying to knock your interest in providing useful information to people, just letting you know how people who were born here, educated here, think.

Just so you know, myself, I enjoy Korean food very much and the 2 soups you talk about I have had many times. Just trying to give you some friendly advice in terms of recommending health solutions to people.
