Once you are active on TERB, any agency that advertises there is reputable and a good choice if you are worried about LE, they are all very legit and above board. That said, the PERB lounge is not the place to post links to Toronto BP ads and ask the people here if they are legitimate or not, that post was deleted.

The mods do not activate accounts, only admins. Fred Zed and Mark Service are the only admins I am aware of, here, on TERB as well. Blaming the mods isn't accurate, all we can do is moderate posts, not accounts.

Given the numerous reputable agencies in Toronto and ease of booking with them, I have never ventured into their Indy scene. The agencies I have tried and recommend are Garden of Eden, Mirage and Select. TERB is a good source of research for selecting a girl.
