Fion is the best at $100 for 1hr massage and HE if you are able to connect and book with her.

Molly at Cz massage is great for $130 massage and HE. Molly had a very nice upgrade that was pretty low on the funds when I experienced a session with her.

Connie was the cheapest years ago at $60 for 30 mins for a massage and HE but I dont know if that price is still available. She would allow late night bookings past 2 am. Pretty nice high rise building downtown at the time.

I remember when the great Yuki had a low funds combo deal at 140 -160 for an awesome massage, fs in many positions, bbbj and HE. Its pretty hard to beat that deal of a steal price these days.

Xia is 80 for the best massage you've ever had and 20 for he. Kayla is a lot of fun and 120 if I remember right. Not sure what it is but she has a great energy. Best bang for the buck, aside from Fion who is really hard to get in with.
